Crochet Workshop - Beginners

This is a 2-hour, hands-on Crochet Workshop designed for absolute beginners! If you've never held a crochet hook before, this class is for you!

In this beginner workshop, you will learn how to:

• Perform 6 fundamental stitches
• Crochet in rows
• Properly identify & use crochet tools
• Interpret yarn labels

Registration is required. Space is limited to 4 people per workshop to allow for sufficient individual instruction.

Registration closes 1 week prior to workshop event to allow each  student to prepare for class. A handout with more information will be  provided upon registration including recommendations for yarn and hooks,  instructional videos, and tips to get started.

Before you sign up, make sure this is the right course for you.  Whether you've never crocheted before or you have some experience, this  is a great place to learn the basics and/or refresh your skills. If  you're looking for a relaxing hobby that allows you to create something  with your own hands that you can be proud of, you are warmly welcomed to  join us!

A few things to consider before committing to the workshop:

• This is a 2-hour workshop. Class begins promptly at 6 pm and we  will progress at a steady pace. If you cannot arrive on time, prepared  for class, you may fall behind. If you have a sudden change in your  schedule, please communicate prior to the start of class to arrange  another time.
• Ensure you are able to arrive prepared for class.  This means: 1) you have all pre-posted tools & materials, and 2)  you can give your full attention for the duration of the class (phone  silent, no outside distractions).
• Join us with a positive  attitude, ready to learn. Negativity that distracts from or diminishes  the experience of other learners is strongly discouraged. Disrespectful  or aggressive language or behavior will not be tolerated, and refunds  will not be granted if you're asked to leave for this reason.
